Online Returns & Exchanges | Australia
You can return or exchange items at your local Husk Boutique or print return labels via the Australia Post returns portal https://return.auspost.com.au/husk. Return postage is paid to Australia Post through the portal when printing your return label.
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and are eligible for a refund or product exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags attached. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. We recommend trying on shoes on carpet only. We do not accept the return of shoes that have been scuffed. Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund, or exchange. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return or exchange eligible items purchased online at your local Husk Boutique or pack the items being returned or exchanged into the reusable brown envelope that your delivery was sent in. Print out a copy of the order you were emailed when you made your online purchase and include this inside the return package. For items being exchanged please write the item/s you would like in exchange on your printed order.
Sale items are eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless denoted as "Final Sale" on the website. Items denoted as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund unless deemed faulty.
Online Returns & Exchanges | Outside of Australia
You can return or exchange items by sending the items to Husk Head Office, Rear 3-13 William St, Balaclava 3183, Victoria Australia. We encourage you to select a shipping method that allows you to track the item to ensure we receive it.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges | Australia
We do not offer refunds for full price items purchased in-store. We allow returns within 7 days of purchase in exchange for a credit note or product exchange. Sale items purchased in-store are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Please consult your nearest boutique for further information.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned in-store or online.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
