Refund policy

Online Returns & Exchanges | Australia

Full price items purchased online can be returned within 7 days of delivery and are eligible for a store credit or refund. If you need to exchange an item, return the incorrect size for a store credit or refund and re-purchase the correct size online at www.husk.com.au. 

Items purchased online with a discount greater than 10% — including sale items and orders using discount codes — may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. These items are not eligible for refunds.

However, please note that items denoted as "Final Sale" purchased online cannot be returned (and so are not eligible for a store credit, in-store exchange or refund).

To return an item from within Australia simply print a return label via the Australia Post returns portal:

 https://return.auspost.com.au/husk or visit any Husk Boutique.

Return postage is paid to Australia Post through the portal when printing your return label. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn, undamaged, unused with all original tags attached. We recommend trying on shoes on carpet only because we do not accept the return of shoes that have been scuffed.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Items deemed faulty can be returned. 

Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Online Returns & Exchanges Outside Australia (including New Zealand)

If you are outside of Australia you can return items by sending them to Husk, Unit 53, Ground Floor, 15 Cochranes Rd Moorabbin, Victoria Australia. We encourage you to select a shipping method that allows you to track the item to ensure we receive it.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges | Australia

We do not offer refunds for full price items purchased in-store. We allow returns within 7 days of purchase for a store credit or product exchange. Sale items purchased in-store are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Please consult your nearest boutique for further information.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Items deemed faulty can be returned.

Store Credits

Store credits issued for in-store and online returns will have an expiry date of 6 months from issue. 

Refunds

Once your postal return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
